Since my first bankruptcy estate listing in 2015, I've worked with bankruptcy trustees, estate representatives, attorneys, and other fiduciaries on property sales requiring additional coordination and problem solving. I've also served as an expert witness in bankruptcy court, bringing practical experience to complex transactions from listing through closing.
